GBP42k per annum + commission (OTE GBP10.5k) & company car
36 hours per week (Additional hours as required)

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting on behalf of an established World leading provider of testing, calibration, advisory and certification service. Based in their High Wycombe office. Due to expansion there is now a vacancy for a Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader to join this successful company.
As Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader, you will be ultimately responsible for achieving personal sales targets at the same time as managing the sales team and revenue targets, for the Window and Doors Product Certification division.
In the role you will be responsible for growing the Certification business through predominately new business generation and successful leadership of the Sales team through excellent performance management and clear performance contribution from both yourself and the Sales team you are responsible for.
The role would will require actively contributing to relevant marketing campaigns, exhibitions and events, as well as taking full responsibility for managing leads, follow ups and reporting back in line with the sales process.
Your main duties & responsibilities within this role will also include, but are not limited to:
• Managing Profitability - working closely with the Business Unit Heads to ensure that product line profitability is achieved and capacity is filled, negotiation of prices and service levels (to agreed limits)
• Setting and compiling targets and providing statistical or other reports thereon
• Creating the annual Product Certification sales strategy in association with the Sales Manager
• As part of the role you will be expected to meet the agreed financial and activity sales targets for you and the team
• Actively seeking new certification and training business development opportunities which can be presented to Business Development Manager for review
• Coach and mentor the Product Certification Sales team with a focus on new customer acquisition, existing account growth, market penetration and revenue growth
What Are We Looking For?
• Demonstrable experience of already haven successfully sold components or services in to the fenestration Industry
• Good Mathematics and written English (A-C, GCSE or equivalent)
• Recognised sales and leadership training or qualification along with strong leadership ability
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, complex environment as well as possessing strong planning and management skills
• Successful and proven field sales and business development experience
• Ability to engage with customers at all level including good presentation skills
• Ability to form an understanding of the technical elements and the relevant technical British/European standards
• Strong and demonstrable experience in customer relationship management (& managing expectations)
• Open and effective communicator Experience of developing and owning sales objectives, with a track record of delivering against them
• Commercially aware with evidence of working closely with an internal operations teams
• Capable of developing a business case for investment
• The ability to network with, and influence senior people both internally and externally in order to achieve a pre-defined outcome
• Ability to grow existing and new customer accounts
• Possess a good understanding of the sales process
• Experience working with the following Metrics & Measures
Quota/sales target achievement
Revenue forecast accuracy
Revenue growth
Pipeline (eg. proposal volumes, close rate, opportunity age)
Sales Productivity measures for you and the Inside sales team (eg. calls per day and meetings)
PMPs
Competency Matrix for ISE's - regular review performance to identify training needs. Record of Individual development/achievement via PMP process
Revenue forecast accuracy
• Experience within the construction industry & a certification or testing background is highly beneficial
• Strong IT skills, particularly use of Microsoft Office and Sage CRM, and excellent presentation skills are essential to this role
• Able to accurately record and report information within CRM
• Strong Analytical Skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to show initiative when faced with challenges
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines
• Able to provide constructive feedback
• This role requires a full UK Driving Licence

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who already holds existing experience as a successful Sales Executive/Leader selling within the Fenestration or Window and Door hardware Industry.
This role is varied and challenging, fast paced and target driven and requires the right individual to be able to demonstrate previous examples of similar success. You'll need to demonstrate good diplomacy skills as a team leader, be approachable to staff, with the ability to implement and manage clear direction to the team at the same time as inspiring and motivating the inside sale team through the balance of maintaining good relationships without losing your authority.
