The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of evaluative software intended for Human Resources.

Main duties:
To support the team and company by managing customer queries on a day-to-day basis and ensure excellent customer service and support.

The Role: 
- Assist the sales process within customer support
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times to internal and external customers 
- Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring the database is continually kept up to date
- Understand the product and client requirements to provide a tailor-made service
- Inform the Business Development Manager of any implementation ideas to enhance productivity
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support
- Respond to customer queries efficiently by fax, e-mail or letter
- Support and handle dispatch or return transactions 
- Additional Ad Hoc duties may be spontaneously required

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) 
- Previous experience in a similar role and call centre environment - ESSENTIAL
- Experience working with psychology - DESIRABLE
- Ability to work comfortably as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Able to organise own workload
- Keen eye for detail
- IT Literate
