The Company
Our client is a market leader in the niche area of civil engineering within the water industry. Their company's success can be attributed to their extensive knowledge and experience gained from working closely with their clients to deliver a range of cost-effective engineering solutions including the repair, refurbishment and maintenance of water company reservoirs, and associated assets along with the new construction of new assets to values up to £2m.
The day-to-day duties
Reporting to the QSE Manager the post-holder will provide administrative support to the QSE team ensuring that data is entered in a timely fashion in order to meet monthly deadlines.
- Update the company's management tracking systems with a wide variety of data including findings collected after each site audit.
- Input time accident management data from sub-contractors and Stonbury's own work force.
- Assist in the compilation of the team's monthly report on audit findings.
- Follow the Stonbury 10 Commandments at all times.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:
- A minimum of 2 years experience gained within an office environment.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A good communicator, able to liaise confidently and deal with a variety of people face-to- face, in writing and on the telephone.
- Organised, focused and self-determined.
- Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements.
- A formal entry level Health and Safety qualification (Desirable).
