Experienced Catering assistant required in a busy coffee shop/sandwich shop to work 16 hours a week on a rota basis which will include weekends. The job role includes preparing sandwiches for retail sale, cooking breakfast, helping to prepare meals on a daily basis, serving customers, handling cash, keeping the work areas tidy and clean at all times. Experience is Essential as the position is working in a busy environment handling hot food and working over hot surfaces. Hygiene certificate also required.
