Territory Supervisor

Client is a marketing & media company supporting new mums + families in the transition to parenthood.

With a presence in over 350 hospitals throughout the UK they provide new mums with baby packs filled with free samples, vouchers + guides offering parental advice & guidance.

Currently looking to recruit a Territory Supervisor to lead, manage and develop a Territory team of Photographers and Distributors, Casuals and Buddy’s within the remits of set, agreed budgets. 

Please note this is a Part-time/home based role.  25 hours a week.

Role will be based in Halifax or the Halifax area

The Role

·         Follow a targeted Photographic & Distribution plan ensuring the delivery of agreed business objectives set.

  • Manage Territory costing in line with budgets.
  • Lead and direct the Territory team in all aspects of their role

·         Attend and participate in regular meetings and workshops nationally, divisionally and regionally to develop personally and to support the development of all territory team members through presenting territory meetings and 1-1 Field visits

·         Deliver success in all areas - Photo and Pack Distribution in all birth centres, community venues and hospitals where relevant

                                                                                                                                                                                               

·         Build and maintain relationships with all key internal departments.

·         Understand and have an awareness of all commercial opportunities, including competitor activity in each of your maternity units.

·         Attend and actively participate in relevant internal meetings.

·         Support both the national and divisional team working together closely to identify cost effective resource to deliver Zero missed days and Induction training nationally in line with Best Practice

Additional duties

·         Arrange regular workshops for your team to deliver Bedside excellence which in turn will increase Revenue for the Territory, Division and National Field team.

·         Promote, support and introduce new services & products.

·         Demonstrate willingness to accept and implement changes and new ways of working.

·         Manage your own time effectively and prioritise workload to meet business needs.

·         Complete and maintain all relevant administration and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, including the generation of management information.

·         Ensure clarity of accountability for all Photographers and Distributors with a clear framework of responsibility by delivering quality conversations about developing performance and contribution to the business.

·         Complete Formal reviews with direct reports and ensure that formal reviews take place on a regular basis.

In return you will receive a base salary of £15,000 pa + bonus + Company Car or Allowance + benefits package.
