Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator / Bookkeeper

Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Banbury, OX16

Salary: Negotiable dependent upon experience.

Hours: This is a full time position, working 9 - 6, Monday to Friday.

The company is the market leader in supplying contemporary marble & glass furniture to retailers. Year in year out the company launches fantastic new modern collections which are superb in quality and design. The company is an established local business with a small friendly team which they are looking to expand to match the continued business success.

Job Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the first point of contact with the company's customers with regards to accounts. You will be familiar with preparing accounting, book keeping and financial data as required for the business with particular responsibility for the sales ledger. You will handle and respond to all accountancy queries, and day to day accounting duties with a fantastic level of Customer Service. This is a stand-alone role based within the administration team and is closely supported by the business.

The Candidate:

• You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• A previous working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Sage
• You will be highly organised, be able to problem solve and have great attention to detail.
• You will have a flexible approach with previous experience in a fast paced accounts role dealing directly with customers over the phone and via email.
• You will be confident and passionate about delivering an excellent service to all of our customers, all of the time and be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills.
