As the Web Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of day-to-day web design and development projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and set deadlines. 

Driving the operational productivity of the Web Development Department, you will: 

- Keep your team motivated and monitor the quality of their work 
- Effectively prioritise and allocate tasks 
- Proactively review processes and design and development tasks 
- Recruit and engage with freelancers or suppliers when additional resources are required 
- Work to shifting priorities, deadlines and handle challenges with a ‘can do’ attitude 

Interested? To be considered, you must have: 

- Experience as a project manager where you successfully handled a number of projects simultaneously 
- Previous experience of working within a web agency or large web development team
- Workflow management experience, including streamlining and organising a busy studio 
- Experience in a web development team, either through hands-on experience or project management 
- Knowledge of digital design processes and Agile 

The ideal Web Project Manager will have hands-on web development experience, as well as experience of Agile, daily stand-ups and scrum methodologies. Knowledge of HTML and CSS would also be advantageous.
