What’s the job about?

We’re looking for super-friendly people who are brimming with energy and enthusiasm to join our brilliant Customer Care team in Bredbury.

They are the voices of a leading telecommunications company, serving their customers in the UK and around the world. They are the ones people turn to for technical advice, account queries, to check a bill or for something completely random. All you’ll need is a strong customer service background, a good digital knowledge and a willingness to learn.

If this sounds like you, you could be just the person we’re looking for!

A few things you’ll need…

  • You’ll ideally have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers
  • You’ll be great at problem solving, leaving the customer happy each and every time.
  • Of course, being able to find your way around a computer goes without saying, and you’ll have good listening skills to boot
  • You’ll have your sales radar switched on, and look out for opportunities to sell other products and services that meet the needs of the customer

Our opening hours are 7am-11pm, Monday to Sunday. You’ll cover a variety of rotational shifts between these hours, and we’ll do our best to match your preferences to fit around you.
