Motor Claims Handler

Our client a leading Insurance company are looking to recruit a Motor Claims FNOL Handler, to join their growing team based in Wellingborough.
Working within the claims team, you will represent the company by providing excellent customer service, in a professional and ethical manner.

Reporting to the Claims Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing first class customer service
- Front line for FNOL
- Providing assistance with general query calls
- Responding to incoming calls quickly and efficiently
- Compliance with all regulatory and internal system controls
- Dealing with all aspects of all classes of claims
- Developing professional relationships
- Handling incoming enquiries from clients and repairer network

Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Experience of Motor Claims
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- An interest in motor vehicles with a basic understanding of vehicles, and the current market place

Hours of Work:
Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Out of hours on call assistance is also required alternative weeks (including weekends) This is purely an emergency service.
