NCS Youth Support Workers

Headliners (UK), an award winning youth charity, is looking for a number of passionate and reliable individuals to motivate and support teams of 15 young people from July to August 2017 on the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme.  The programme is part residential based and part community based and you will need to be available for some evening and weekend working.

As a Youth Support Worker you will support and encourage 16 and 17-year-olds during this unique opportunity over four weeks in the summer from the first residential outdoor adventure activities through to graduation. You will help the young people to develop skills for their future world of work through a series of challenging activities and social mixing where they will plan and deliver their own social action projects in their community.

There is a minimum 4 week commitment plus compulsory training and you will earn up to £1,400.
