Senior Buyer

My client, a prestigious, nationwide housing contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Buyer to join their team in West London. You will be part of an innovative and expanding team working across various sites across London and the Home Counties.

In order to be successful:

· Be ambitious, driven and determined to develop and improve your skills in the buying trade 
· Have sound knowledge of pricing levels in the property market 
· Educated to a degree level, preferably within Business related degree 
· Alternatively have at least 5 years Buying experience within the construction industry 
· A confident and persuasive negotiator securing maximum margin 
· Strong commercial awareness 
· The confidence to think on your feet and make real time decisions
