Our client is looking for an experienced Photocopier Service Engineer who has proven experience working with Konica Minolta and Ricoh machines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Travelling to customer sites and carrying out service and maintenance of Photocopiers / Printers
- Responding to callouts and completing installations
- Resolve technical faults / undertake technical modifications and complete repairs
- Networking - connecting MFD's to full functionality
- Provide training/advice on aspects of the machine functions so the customer fully understands its capabilities.
- Highest level of service is provided
- Be customer focused and have excellent problem solving skills
