My client, a renowned housebuilder operating across the South East of England are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their innovative and dynamic team. You will be working within a small team of Surveyors working across various Social and Private housing projects.
This position will suit candidates with the following attributes:
· HNC or RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
· Relevant experience in the housing sector
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong negotiation skills
· Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
· Total IT literacy with good Microsoft Office Skills
· Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines
