Maintenance Assistant
Salary range £15,243 to £19,243 (dependent on skills/experience)
As a key member of our Maintenance Team you will be trained (if required) to help complete inspections to tenanted and void properties and assist with a range of maintenance and administration tasks.
We are looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to develop their skills and experience and help us deliver excellent services. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within the property maintenance sector for a customer focused organisation, have excellent interpersonal, administrative and technical experience/skills and be IT literate. Mon to Fri (35 hours)
