Our client is a leading mental health provider in Bristol, North Somerset, B&NES and South Gloucestershire. their aim is to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health and other support needs to achieve their hopes and ambitions.

High Support Accommodation (Bristol)

Salary Scale & Range £14,869 -£16,272 per annum

Full Time Post -37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Their High Support Service provides short term move on accommodation and support to people with Complex needs, including mental health, homelessness and substance dependency. Their support does make a positive and lasting difference to the lives of their tenants

You will have an understanding of the issues relating to homelessness, and be able to build and sustain relationships with service users. You will have a commitment to promoting independence and supporting vulnerable people in developing move on and recovery plans.

They a work in a recovery focused psychologically informed way {PIE]

You will receive training, and on-going supervision, and be part of our reflective practice

They work in a small team and provide support on a rolling rota system including evenings and weekends.

This post does not require you to be a driver and you with be based within one of thier housing properties.
