Business Development Manager for Fast Paced CIS Contracting Service - Excellent Package

Indigo Service Solutions is a well-established CIS Contracting Service based in Teddington, Middlesex.  It is perfect for a B.D.M. that wants to work in a Fast Paced and Exciting environment with UNCAPPED Commission available. 

The Role of Business Development Manager:

  • You will have warm leads provided by the telesales team, but will also be expected to generate your own leads; you will be expected to grow and run your own desk 
  • You will be expected to spend at least 75% of your time out of the office in meetings. Travel is a major factor and is solely within the UK. Presenting Indigo to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • You will actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, credentials pitch, proposing questions, offering solutions, negotiating, closing and also be responsible for client account management.
  • You will self-manage and successfully integrate into a growing sales team. We want you to succeed and be the best 'You', you can be & create the best earning potential you can, therefore there will be constant support from the Indigo Directors to make this a reality
  • You will manage and maintain a sales pipeline and ensure all sales administration is kept up-to-date.
  • You will create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, adhering to Indigo procedure.
  • You will expected to respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
  • You will be expected to keep abreast of issues affecting the Construction Industry Scheme and collect competitor intelligence.

The ideal Business Development Manager:

  • 2-3 years experience in a B2B sales environment is essential 
  • Will be reliable 
  • Will possess drive 
  • Will be self motivated - a real 'can-do' attitude
  • Will be fun and a team player
  • Will have an acute attention to detail disposition,
  • Will be professional in their every representation of Indigo 
  • Will have a polished appearance
