Specialising in education marketing, our client is a vibrant digital agency offering bespoke technology, leading expertise and unrivalled levels of customer service. Due to ongoing success, they’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. 

Based in a great location by Grand Arcade, our client has fun in what they do and takes pride in the work they produce for their customers.

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage key client accounts and deliver innovative campaigns that exceed customer expectations. 

You’ll take briefs from customers and recommend the best media channels based on their requirements. Once proposals are signed off, you’ll liaise with colleagues to build creative and engaging campaigns, including content generation. 

Campaigns will need to be optimised throughout their duration and you’ll ensure that they deliver the best return on investment. Your other duties will involve:

- Managing the workflow of the internal team 
- Creating or overseeing the production of proposals 
- Producing weekly reports and post-campaign analysis reports 
- Helping to deliver the digital roadmap 

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need previous media agency experience. Exceptional communication skills and a motivational leadership style are also key.
