Project Coordinator

 

TRP are seeking to appoint a confident Project Coordinator (Maternity Cover) for an exciting role coordinating the delivery of all our software and service implementation projects across three territories.  Reporting to the Head of Operations this role is pivotal in our Team as it brings together all parts of our business to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience from the start of every project to the end.

 

You will be required to deliver all projects in the UK while working closely with our international teams to support the delivery of projects in North America, Australasia and Europe.  You are at the centre of all our projects ensuring they progress smoothly, on time and on budget and providing visibility to senior management at all times.   

 

The person will be results focused, detail-orientated and driven to provide exceptional service to all customers through the implementation to achieve successful software deployment and go live.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The core responsibilities of the position are to:

 

  • Oversee our backlog of projects to ensure all projects are delivered in line with agreed procedures on time and on budget
  • Follow defined processes to include ensuring a smooth handover from sales; drawing up and updating project plans; gathering customer data/requirements; configuring software; arranging training; confirming customer sign off and arranging accurate and timely invoicing
  • Directly coordinate UK based projects working closely with members of other teams (e.g. sales, development etc.) as required
  • Work with teams in North America and Australasia to ensure they are completing projects on time and on budget and are supported by other teams as required
  • Provide visibility of project status through accurate and timely completion of reports required by senior management
  • Work closely with Jonas Finance team to ensure all projects and all contract renewals are invoiced accurately and on time
  • Maintain client database to ensure all records are accurate at all times
  • Deliver individual objectives and play a full and active part in delivering Professional Services Team objectives

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong written and numerical skills (minimum GCSE grade A-C Math’s and English)
  • Experience coordinating or managing projects
  • Project coordination / management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2)
  • Experience maintaining accurate client records/databases
  • Experience of ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
  • Experience of sales order processing
  • Passionate about excellent service delivery and the end user experience
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Project
  • A full UK driving license. A valid passport

Previous experience in project roles is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
