Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor - Shopfitting
Poole, Dorset
Salary up to £40,000 to £50,000 + Car / Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Bonus
A respected Shopfitting / Refurbishment contractor based in Poole, Dorset is undergoing a programme of planned growth and is searching for a capable Estimator /Surveyor to join the team.
The company you will be joining has been operating for well over 10 years and are cash rich and have a full order book going into 2017.
The work with main of the high street names , Benetton, Next, Abercrombie, Gily Hicks, Louis Vuitton etc . Project range from 50K to 5 Million
They are looking for a commercial savvy individual who is a looking to join the business with relevant UK fit-out / shop-fitting experience.
You will be responsible for the below duties:
Assess incoming tenders.
Send out and manager subcontractor tenders.
Put together full tender returns.
Assess awarded projects.
Send out subcontract packages.
Produce material and labour schedules.
Cost and issue variations.
Produce and negotiate final accounts.
Make sensible commercial decisions!
Understands the buying process.
