Our client is one of the UK???s leading providers of creative visual communication solutions and services. With an aim to provide clients with a value for money service of the highest quality, which exceeds their expectations. Based in their Nantwich office, they are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer/Manager who is a well rounded designer & project manager to work with some of their most important and well respected clients.
For this role you must have;
- A minimum of 2-4 years of commercial experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Manager with a proven track record of delivering quality design for B2B and B2C clients
- Previous experience managing a creative team, probably in an agency, with experience of being client facing and contributing to the creative direction of key campaigns
- Solid knowledge of print, packaging and production processes as well as proven experience contributing to a brand strategy
- Project management experience
The Role;
- Reporting directly to the CEO. Confidently manage freelancers when required within a team
- Scheduling & planning of multiple projects
- Dealing with a variety of projects with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The Person;
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - with particular emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Ability to project manage, prioritise & deliver to tight deadlines
- The ability to both lead & be part of a design team
- Sales experience, presentation/pitch skills & upselling useful as will be required from time to time
- Web & app design design experience could be beneficial but not essential
