Training and Assessment Co-ordinator - Hospitality

Hours: 37 hours per week (3 days will be permanent and 2 days will be temporary to cover maternity leave)

Base: Offsite

This post can be offered as a split role

The overall purpose of this role is to provide on-going support, delivery of learning and assessment for learners in a variety of workplaces. It will be expected that you visit candidates at times convenient to them and the employer, including shifts at weekends.

It is essential that you have a relevant Level 3 qualification, or experience and an Assessor qualification or be willing to achieve within 6 months of appointment. You must have broad knowledge and experience of front of house, kitchen, restaurant and bar work and proven command of IT, office applications and internet use. You must also have Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C or equivalent) or be willing to obtain them.
