You will be an experienced in-house or recruitment agency Resourcer or Junior Recruiter who boasts a proven record of accomplishment in searching, identifying, and placing candidates. You will be working closely with our business leaders and research teams using your experience and skills to find candidates that our customers cannot identify themselves.
The Role:
Your key tasks will include direct client engagement and full recruitment project responsibility including Delivery, Market Mapping, Talent Networking, Headhunting,buliding talent pipelines, enhancing their employer brand and supporting talent related research projects.
We will develop you to become an exceptional Talent Search Consultant with the opportunity to partner with our customers, implementing recruitment strategies across high profile businesses and networking at the highest levels.
