HR Administrator

Contract type: 22.5 hours per week, Wednesday - Friday 8am - 4pm, term time only (including 2 INSET days), plus 5 days in holidays

Start date: 20 February 2017 or as soon after as possible

Salary: Grade P SCP 14-16 £8,649 - £9,010 (actual)

The Governing Body of Saint Gregory's Catholic College are recruiting for a talented and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our supportive and friendly team.

The successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative, clerical and typing/word processing work providing support to the Personnel Manager and the Director of Finance and Premises.

This is a diverse role offering the opportunity to provide administrative support across the human resources, payroll, pensions and safeguarding fields.  Applicants will be confident communicators with excellent organisational skills and will have the ability to engage effectively with students, staff and outside agencies.  Applicants must have excellent IT skills to include MS Excel. Applicants must possess five GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics.
