CDP - 4* Hotel - 2 Rosettes -North Cornwall

Our North Cornwall Client is looking for two passionate CDPs to join their growing kitchen, and cook to high standards for their TDH style and a la' carte menus. You must be able to consistently produce high volumes of food to high standards. Previous experience working in a Rosetted kitchen is essential. Usual hours of work are 48 per week, depending on business requirements, over 5 straight shifts. We are looking for Chef de Parties that have a proven track record working in large hotels and exposure also in events and wedding would be advantageous You will be assisting with conference and banqueting menus, and will be able to work indpendantly and run your own section, maintaining control of wastage control.
