Our client, a successful organisation based in Leicester, is currently looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be working as part of a large team of payrollers, reporting into the Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Manager.
The individual we're looking for will ideally possess some exposure to Payroll, although someone who possesses excellent Administration or Customer Service skills would be a suitable prospect as full training will be given.
Candidates applying for the role should have good Microsoft Office and Excel skills as well as strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
The role:
* Payroll admin and maintaining databases
* Inputting high volumes of payroll data from timesheets
* Adding New Starters
* Updating Tax Codes
* Liaising with Employees and HMRC
* Producing Payslips
* Updating Employee files
* Assisting in the running of the Payroll
* Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required
This is a Full Time permanent position that will initially start as a temporary position.
You will ideally be immediately available or available on short notice.
Full training in payroll will be given to the right candidate.
