Plus benefits and award winning office space.COMPANYA leading headhunting organisation is looking for at least two new research associates to join its growing Bristol office.ROLEThe successful applicant will join the organisation's research department where you will learn the art of executive search and headhunting senior level candidates across a variety of market places. You will move through a well worn route to consultant as soon as you are ready, where you will find yourself winning assignments from some of the leading brand names. PERSONYou will be a graduate or of graduate calibre, and have a demonstrable track record of success in your chosen field. Ideally you will have exposure to business to business sales, and like working to targets. This could be in field or telesales, or even in some other form of recruitment.You will be diligent, have good attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines and under pressure. You will be looking for a career path and excellent training to match your ambition.PACKAGEThe package will be determined by your level of experience, with base salary somewhere in the ??24-30k region and uncapped ote can take you as high as ??45k in year one.
