My client is a Multi-disciplinary private planning consultancy with National Coverage of the UK and Ireland, working on planning applications from Telecoms, Renewables and Conservation clients. They are pleased to announce that they are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Town Planner to join their Bedford Office.
Working closely with major players in the planning sector, my client has experience strong growth and success over recent years. The Town Planner position has therefore arisen in line with the increased workload at the company. You will have previous experience working on Wind farms with prior exposure to Solar and Telecoms projects being hugely desirable The Town Planner will have exceptional communication skills and hold impressive, up to date knowledge of planning legislation and procedures.
The successful Town Planner will hold an RTPI accredited qualification with other accreditations being advantageous. You will hold full RTPI membership or have started the process in becoming so. The successful Town Planner will ideally have worked in a variety of planning sectors with a focus on Wind farm projects.
