We are looking to speak and engage with top Baristas and Latte Artists who are looking to make the next step in their career and spread the love as part of one of the most respected and passionate teams in the industry.
Having been Barista trained and able to make a mean cup of coffee, you will also have experience in training others in the skills of latte art and relish the chance to stand in front of a crowd and engage them in your passion for coffee. You'll probably have been one of the management team of a top coffee house as your people skills will be matched only by your understanding of brand standards.
In this Area Trainer role you will be looking after some of the most prestigious accounts in the company portfolio, and as well as taking care of training, you will be developing existing relationships, carrying out quality (brand standard) audits, and composing reports that will engage with all levels of management.
This Area Trainer role will cover clients in Hampshire and the surrounds and you will be expected to drive to client locations to carry out both audits and in-house training, so a driving licence is essential - otherwise what will you do with the car that is provided?
