Account Manager - Perfumes/Fragrances - basic salary up to GBP45k DOE plus 10% bonus and negotiable car allowance
Our client are one of the world's leading providers in the Flavour and Fragrance market, providing services to a wide range of industries globally.Due to continued growth and expansion they are currently seeking an Account Manager with experience within the chemical or perfume/fragrance related industry.
Please note - there will be some international travel involved with this role.
This role will be a mix of account management and some new business and you are likely to be field based/client facing most of the time.
Job role of the Account Manager - Perfumes/Fragrances:
* Manage and drive sales growth
* Develop and improve account profitability
* Establish new key customer contacts
* Developing a thorough understanding of customers business, brands products and needs.
* Communicate and co-ordinate account activities to local and international colleagues
* Development & implementation of Key Account plans and strategy planning
* Gain indepth knowledge of the market, its competition, trends and restraints
Experience/background required for the Account Manager - Perfumes/Fragrances:
* A proven track record within the fragrance or related field (Fragrance, Flavour or FMCG, Private Label / Retail market)
* Knowledge of the fragrance industry and customer market would be highly desirable
* Innovative and creative nature
* Experience in developing, maintaining and delivering against sales targets
