Our client is a growing and well established Legal Practice with multiple branches in the North West. They are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to manage Conveyancing in their Wigan office on a permanent basis.
Located close to M6 J36, M58 J6 and walking distance from the local train station, the office is an easy commute from the north, south, east or west. There's free parking and local shopping close by.
Reporting to the Practice Partner, you will be part of a very experienced and successful property team working right across the region, covering all aspects of Property law.
You will be an ambitious and experienced conveyancer, possibly Ilex, a Licensed Conveyancer or simply qualified by experience. This vacancy is for the residential conveyancing section, but if you wish to further your career and enhance your experience, specialised training and CPD updates are available.
The firm operates a flexi-time and flexi-holiday system to accommodate the needs of it's staff with young children or those with special needs.
