Recruitment Consultant - Milton Keynes The Package: We are offering an excellent basic salary per annum plus Car Allowance. 10% bonus on all new business generated in the first 6 months and then a uncapped bonus scheme. The Opportunity: Meridian is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the Milton Keynes team . Taking full responsibility for your own desk you will be business developing and servicing the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas , developing new relationships and building on existing relationships .For the right person there is a fantastic opportunity for progression. The Person Spec: Required are committed individuals who can work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ideal candidates will be familiar with working to targets and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent proven background in sales and business development within a recruitment environment is essential, as are strong communication and organisational skills.
