**Are you looking for a Temporary to Permanent FULL TIME Job role within a established construction company? The successful candidate will be working within the structural department which is currently experiencing rapid growth. Are you passionate about customer service? Initially working within a newly created team of 4, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with this exciting new chapter for the company, expanding and sharing their knowledge as the team grows. JOB ROLE: Customer Care Sales Administrator JOB TYPE: Temporary to Permanent HOURS: Monday to Friday- 9.00 until 17.00 or 8.30 until 16.30 SALARY: GBP8.20 Per Hour (Temp) GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 (Perm) LOCATION: Wakefield BENEFITS Free parking Dress down Fridays25 days holiday + bank holidays (once position made permanent)Annual bonus - dependant on success (once position made permanent) This is initially a temporary position, which will go permanent for exceptional candidates DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Strong communication skills between various departments of the business up and down the countryBeing the first point of contact for online customers via email and telephone (80% phone)Handling inbound calls from customers and suppliers in regards to queries, orders and deliveriesUpselling through product knowledge and exceptional customer serviceEnsure all incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and dealt with accordinglyPrepare hire and sales quotations, ensuring those are followed through to secure salesLiaising with a variety of different suppliers to ensure all relevant information is maintained to ensure all sales can be met on timeLiaise with branches to ensure clients requirements are fully understood and sufficient product availability and delivery are metContinuing to update product knowledge and keep up to date with competitors products and trendsAnd Ad Hoc duties and tasks that may be required to support the business needs SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Superb communication skills and extremely passionate about customer serviceThe ability to work in a fast paced environmentAn exceptional eye for detailThe ability to work on own initiativeTeam player with customer satisfaction at the forefrontExperience within an Office environment Please not this role is starting ASAP so please only apply for the position if you are available to start immediately and are able to accept a permanent role.
