We are seeking an entry level administrative assistant to join the fast moving successful organisation within the High Wycombe area. This is a full time, permanent position with the salary paying GBP12,000 and excellent progression and training opportunities. Day to day duties would involve: -- Processing of company post- Filing - Producing standard letters from the system- Inputting data on to Excel spreadsheets- Chasing documentation - Sending documents out once checked in house- Diary follow up- Telephone and visit notes- Knowledge of the internal systemsThe ideal candidate should have the following skills:-- Motivation to learn new skills and tasks and be able to retain knowledge- An organised approach to their work- Accuracy in all aspects of work- A good team member- Letter writing skills- Good keyboard skills - Windows literate- Basic spreadsheet management - Punctual and reliable - Well presented Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
