They always deliver a high level service to their clients and this ethos is reflected in their people.Your new roleIn your new role you will support Facilities Manager and work with the Facilities team and H&S Coordinator in the provision of a five star facilities Service to the business. This is including management and coordination of suppliers and their activities as well as providing an efficient and effective service to the business. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed you will have experience in working in a customer focused environment within a corporate organisation with exceptional communication and reception skills. You will be required to have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package and databases. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload and work towards tight deadlines. As a person you will need to be organised, proactive and demonstrate a good telephone manner.
