PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Assist finance manager to carry out Audit, tax and month end related tasks
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Involve with month end and year end process
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Assist finance manager for the preparation of statutory financial statement
- Review all outgoing payments.
- Deal with finance system issue with Head office
- Manual journal preparation for Payroll, Accrual and Prepayment etc.
- Prepare the tax return: Corporation tax, VAT, Expat income tax, P11D, PSA settlement.
- Involve with ITO contract reconciliation.
- Monitor and supervise AP (Accounts Payable)
- Ad hoc tasks that assigned by finance manager.
EDUCATION:
Must have accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Essential:
- Advance excel, Word, Power Point
Preferred:
- Previous SAP FI module
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years experiences in finance accounting following ACA/ACCA Qualification.
- Corporation tax and VAT preparation experience.
- Month end and year end experience.
HOURS OF WORK:
37.5 hour week.
