Trainee Business Development Basic starting salary of GBP18,000

The Opportunity Linton Hoarding Solutions is an ambitious Hoarding specialist based in Essex and Kent. A number of our clients are the most prestigious companies within their field and in recognition of their need for 'top service' we are seeking high-achieving individuals to develop a career within our organisation. You will receive a comprehensive, market leading training course, during which you will be trained on the whole lifecycle of a trainee BDM.
What is required?
# Build a qualified pipeline of sales and target customers to meet revenue and margin targets and ensure annual budget is achieved
# Develop compelling solutions that can be delivered successfully to meet the needs of customers
# Network effectively with new potential customers to develop relationships and business opportunities, securing meetings with key stakeholders and decision makers
# Write and deliver high quality pitches and tender responses to clearly articulate the USP solution and increase conversion rates
# Perform the role of 'Bid Manager' on all opportunities that have been pre-qualified, acting as the voice of the customer back into the business, communicating clearly their requirements and expectations
# Execute a seamless handover to the Project Management function at the point of secured order, thus ensuring that a seamless customer on-boarding experience is achieved
# Provide robust, detailed and accurate forecasts that are realistic and can withstand scrutiny and challenge
# Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and share market intelligence and competitor knowledge to enable informed and intelligent tendering
# Ensure that safe working practices are met, in line with all legislative requirements
