My client is currently seeking a Risk Administrator with proficient experience with dealing with risk and compliance. Experience with working in a client service environment is also essential and required for this well established, industry leading client based in Birmingham.
Essential Skills Required:
- Experience in Client Service Environment
- Administration duties experience
- Dealing with risk and compliance issues
- Compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001

- Working within legal
The Role:
You will predominately be assisting with complaints management to take calls and dealing with any enquiries clients or customers may have about risk and compliance issues. You will also be filtering the team inbox to answer any simple questions or queries and delegating the calls and emails to relevant members of staff.
