Our client, a major Insurance Broker, is expanding its Risk Management function and looking to recruit experienced and talented Risk Consultants.
The Casualty Risk Consultant will be primarily responsible for the provision of risk consulting to clients supporting their needs for risk control services.
You will provide technical advice to clients on the control of risk and risk management. They will provide a lead on risk control account management and provide strategic direction in client risk management.
You would be responsible for supporting clients with an area from the Midlands down to North of London.
As a Risk Consultant your key responsibilities will involve:
Developing and supporting client's Risk Control programmes
Undertaking risk control account management, including programme structure and stewardship
Carrying out site surveys
Producing reports on site risks and control measures
Producing prioritised recommendations for risk improvements
Advising on risk control issues
Research and development of technical issues as well as new products and services
Acting as liaison between client and insurance companies
As a Risk Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Risk control experience ideally within corporate Insurance surveying or risk consulting
Experience of undertaking Insurance surveys, able to understand and report on risk and control measures for Casualty and Fleet
Risk Management qualifications or relevant accreditations
Being able to provide leadership on technical matters
Experience of working across multiple industry groups
To be able to deliver to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills with a wide range of internal and external clients
