Leading branding design and creative agency are looking for Client Services Director to take responsibility for their client account team. To lead, motivate, manage and inspire the team and manage the client growth and development strategy with their high profile clients.
You will be expected to lead client pitches and presentations and effectively build relationships with client stakeholders.
On a day to day basis to manage the team of Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives, offer guidance on strategic accounts and winning new business opportunities
You will already be a Client Services Director or Senior Account Director with at 10 years experience within a creative brand design agency and ideally an earlier career as a designer
This role will suit you if you have started your career as a designer and can show a good understanding of Design concepts and then progressed through to leading client facing teams and managing high profile brands or campaigns
