Sales Executive / Business Development Manager- Print and Packaging Solutions
Location: South East / London / Home Counties
Basic Salary GBP35k -GBP45k + Substantial OTE +, Fully Expensed Company Car, Mobile phone, Laptop
The Role
- As part of our ongoing success and planned expansion we are now looking to recruit a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our highly successful sales team.
- The primary focus of the role will be to sell high end Print and Packaging solutions to the Industrial, FMCG, Food, Beverage, Manufacturing, e-commerce and other sectors
- This role involves selling added value packaging, POS, and print solutions
- Successful candidates will be able to build solid customer relationships and manage the entire sales cycle from selling award winning business solutions and design concepts to being responsible for the financial proposals, contracts and senior level negotiations
- This role is primarily focused on winning significant new business within major blue chip clients
The Candidate
- Successful candidates will ideally have a demonstrable background of target over achievement in a field based new business role.
- You will have experience of managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from cradle to grave
- It is essential that you have a consultative sales approach and experience of design led solutions, whilst not essential, would be useful.
- You will be ambitious, tenacious and possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Whilst exposure to the Print, Packaging, POS, SRP, POP, or Display sectors would be of interest we are open to applications from candidates with a genuine desire to transform their career from any competitive commercial sector.
- You will have a clear understanding of Brand and the added value offered in a creative environment

- This is a current vacancy with interviews available and we are ideally looking for applications from suitable candidates based in Chelmsford, Romford, Enfield, Watford, Dartford, Dagenham, Harrow or surrounding areas.
