Heating Engineer

Currently require an experienced Heating Engineer to join a Property Services Team in the Swindon Area.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out Gas Servicing, Heating Breakdowns, Installation of Central Heating and Hot Water systems and other appliances within social housing properties.
You will undertake works in accordance with current Gas Safety Regulations and H&S regulations.
You will liaise with both internal and external customers appropriately and promptly, to ensure those connected or involved in your work are aware of progress and action taken or action required to rectify the identified defects. Excellent communication skills are therefore essential.
Candidates must have a relevant and up to date Gas Qualification.
This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week, including an out of hours rota.
