You have developed your accountancy skills and commerical accumen and you like autonomy of number 1 role in finance? Would that automomy be great but combined with the support, saftey and benefits that come with being part of a group?
Our client can give you the best of both worlds the autonomy of small company but the support that comes from being part of a larger group. They are seeking a company accountant to join their team reporting to the UK Managing Director you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts, reporting to group, budgeting and forecasting, VAT and running a small payroll. You will be supported by an accounts assistant but this is very much a hands on role suitable for an accountant who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting involved in more than just the day to day accounting.
