The Role
This role will be responsible for promoting productive public engagement with a range of business in the House of Commons, most notably with debates in the Main Chamber and Westminster Hall as part of the Digital Debates programme. Partnership working with a range of digital stakeholders and channels is integral to the role. The post holder will also contribute to the team's wider remit of providing accessible information about the work of the House.
The Person
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
Dynamic and innovative approach to using digital channels for public engagement
Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to initiate productive working relationships with potential partner organisations
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the House of Commons service
