Recruitment Consultant / Sales Executive

You've probably seen a thousand adverts for Recruitment Consultants, but we truly like to do things a little differently. We'd love for you to join us (and our office dog) in our offices in Central Bristol.

eRecruit Solutions have provided award-winning recruitment services since 2008 across all sectors; all over the UK, Australia and UAE. We're now looking for a Recruitment Sales Executive with previous experience of dealing with senior level decision makers, to consultatively compose and close the sale of tailored recruitment packages. You'll get full support from an in-house Client Services team, who will sort out all advertising and candidate screening, freeing up your time to hit (and exceed) your targets!

Title: Recruitment Sales Executive / Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bristol
Salary:: £20-30k basic pro rata, plus uncapped commission and profit share. OTE £50k+ in year one
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5 (we don't believe in late nights, unless they're fun ones), part time opportunities are also available for the right candidate

The ideal Recruitment Sales Executive will possess:
- Previous success in a targeted B2B Sales / Recruitment Consultancy role
- Excellent knowledge and experience of working with senior level decision makers
- Experience of working to sales targets
- A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent punctuality
- A dedicated, focused approach to work
