Telesales Executive - Call Centre

Telesales Executives are sought to join this lively growing call centre based in Newcastle.

Our client is looking for bright and energetic people to join their outbound sales team to call new or existing customers and upsell additional products and services. You will be working on either utilities or telecommunication campaigns for established household brands, and all training will be provided!

TITLE: Telesales Executive
LOCATION: Newcastle City Centre
SALARY: £14,040 basic salary, rising to £15,015 after successfully passing probation and further increases thereafter, plus commission, up to £35k
BENEFITS: Uncapped Commission, holiday buy and sell scheme

The ideal Telesales Executive will possess:
-Excellent communication skills and customer focus, ideally with a background in sales and/or customer service
-The ability to meet sales targets
-A results orientated and determined attitude
-Resilience and the ability to take rejection

To succeed in this role as a Telesales Executive you will be expected to:
-Make outbound calls to new or existing customers, promoting the products and services of the client
-Work to set sales targets, overcoming objections confidently, and work within strict quality and adherence guidelines
-Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times
