Our centrally based client is looking to recruit an experienced HRBP/Senior HR Business Partner to join their busy team at their head office in Bristol on an interim basis. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified (level 7/Chartered MCIPD) and have proven experience of providing a customer focused HR service as an HR BP/Senior HR Business Partner, preferably within a professional services environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities This is a key role where you will be the expert in all HR matters acting as a true business partner in delivering exceptional service and support to wide range of client groupsYou will ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant and updated with legal and regulatory requirements and ensure they are embedded in the company's people structureYou will be responsible for supporting the business providing guidance and advice through the whole employee lifecycleincluding case management, employee relations and performance management, disciplinary and dismissal, grievance handling, business transformation, diversity, inclusion, flexible working etc.You will need to takes a pro-active approach in advising management and colleagues especially in employee relations and people related issuesYou will be required to identify and report on people related trends and, using HR related MI, draw insight from data to make informed strategic and operational decisions Person spec Qualified to a minimum of degree level or equivalentIdeally CIPD qualified level 7/Chartered MCIPDProven HR knowledge and experience gained within a fast paced commercial business within professional servicesProven experience as a skilled generalist HR PractitionerStrong HR business partnering experience providing robust HR advisory service to managers and staffExperience in HR Policy and Employment LawA pragmatic approach to applying HR technical expertise and knowledge to a range of business problemsOffer an efficient HR BP/Senior HRBP service within a fast paced environmentAble to work within and across HR teams and with teams in other areas of the businessProactive, positive and a clear communicatorCollaborative
