We are recruiting for a trainee account manager to who will support the existing team to analysis and make recommendations on data received about their customers energy usage.
Here`s a little about your duties and responsibilities,
- Provide data for analysis including written suggestions to the client on energy improvements
- Process all utility invoices for the client
- Auditing and issuing weekly payments to clients,
- Provide monthly reports for clients to ensure all contract deliverables are met with the highest quality,
- Development and Management of annual budgeting and quarterly budget reconciliations,
When you are trained and understand the systems, you will be leading a team to deliver a high quality service to your accounts.
As you will be leading a team having prior experience as a team leader is the most important thing. Other key skils would be,
- Having an eye for detail (if you apply let me know how many spelling misatkes you have spotted),
- Being compatient with Maths
- Be confident on the phone and have strong written communication
- Much of the data will come through on Excel so having experience with Excel is a must.
The salary range is ??18,000 - ??22,000 depending on prior experience and skills. This is a really forward thinking company and when a training need is picked up, then training will be organised. You`ll get 3% pension contributions, private health care, 22 days holiday and 24 hour parking in Nailsea.
