You will consistently deliver optimum levels of person centred care and actively engage with all creating a welcoming and stimulating environment. As a Care Assistant you will contribute fully to the overall care team and work with other departments to ensure continuity of services to residents.

With responsible for providing support and guidance on all aspects of care to the care team, particularly in relation to the induction of new staff to ensure full compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will continually review and prompt the production of a person centred care plan, ensuring the plan meets all of the resident's needs in a holistic manner. In addition you will review and plan the rota, to ensure senior care support is available at all times and be responsible for the ordering and distribution of prescribed medication to residents.
