With 30 years' experience within the industry, WestCountryWeldingSupplies is one of the leading suppliers for welding consumables, equipment and services to both existing & new customers in Bristol and the surrounding area. Due to rapid growth we're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our expanding team.
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Assistant will be to maintain the swift and accurate dispatch of our goods. Providing professionalism and care when managing packages. This is a physically demanding role and heavy lifting will be involved.
Further responsibilities include:
- Ensuring stock management levels are accurate and organised
- Handling stock with care when picking, receiving and dispatching
- Working closely with internal and external personnel and drivers to ensure smooth transactions
- Dealing with customers
Role Requirements:
- Will be self-motivated and possess the ability to work as part of the team
- Will have a punctual and positive attitude in the work environment
- Will remain calm and in control under pressure
- Will hold a valid UK driving Licence
Previous warehouse and driving experience would be advantageous but not essential as full back up, support and training will be provided along with the benefits of working for the fastest, expanding market leader in the South West. The ability to progress within the company is also welcome.
This is a full time position based in Keynsham, Bristol.
Salary: ??16,000 - ??18,000
