AutoCAD / Revit Technician
Location: Hewish, Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: ??25,000 - ??28,000 Negotiable DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Here at Evolve RPS we are looking for an AutoCAD / Revit Technician to join our team in based in Hewish near Weston-Super-Mare
Evolve Retail Project Services are a successful Architectural business who have successfully been trading for 15 years and are continuingly growing, so it`s a fantastic time to join our team.
We work with multi-disciplines however retail clients form the heart of the business and we have been hugely successful in winning contracts. We work with well-known brands both in the UK and globally, offering our clients a professional and bespoke service along with providing excellent customer service.
We have a skilled team of Technicians, Surveyors and Designers who offer a professional service in planning, design, project management, space planning, and building surveys.
We are looking for someone with Revit experience to join our team and work amongst our exciting clients!
We would also be interested in speaking with talented CAD Technicians and look to provide professional Revit training for the right person.
Responsibilities
-To produce detailed and accurate drawings using Revit
-To produce detailed and accurate drawings using AutoCAD
-Creating Building Models from Survey information
-Producing Detailed design intent drawing packages
-Liaising with external consultants to produce drawing sets for constructions
Capabilities
-Proven experience/knowledge of Revit (AutoCAD is essential, Revit training will be considered for the right person)
-A team player who is happy to adapt and work to tight timescales
-The ability to carry out site surveys and travel when required (although this is not essential)aa
-Self-motivated, reliable and consciences with a meticulous eye for detail.
-Project experience would be beneficial
-Knowledge of UK building regulations would be beneficial
